I would like to say how impressed I am with Billy .His speedy response ,advice and communication has been extremely reassuring to a 72 year old lady . As yet he has not been able to carry out the work ; but not for want of trying ! My home is often inaccessible when it snows ,despite this Billy did his best to reach me and kept me informed throughout ! As soon as the snow clears he will attend and I'm sure I'm going to be more than satisfied with the work ! Just wanted to acknowledge his work ethic and customer care . Thank you .
